Warm Up With Fire Cider and Lip Balms Make & Take Workshop | Thursday January 30th 6-8pm

Beat those cold winter blues by joining us to learn about and make some Fire Cider and lip balms to bring home at our very first Make & Take of the year!

We have Marissa from Marissa's Herb Garden who will lead participants in learning how to make Fire Cider. Fire Cider is a popular herbal preparation combining aromatic herbs, vinegar and honey. It is a potent and effective herbal vinegar used to ward of colds. We will also be touching on the  basics of herbal vinegars and oxymels so that you can confidently make these simple yet effective preparations at home.

Winter is hard on our skin, and our own Beeswax Alchemist, Dana, will also guide participants while they make their own healing and soothing lip balms with beeswax.

All Workshops take place at Dancing Bee Equipment, located one hour east of Toronto. Workshops are in groups of 12-15 people. We will add another time slot when full.

Age 12 and up as we are working with hot wax. These workshops can tend to be a bit messy so please dress accordingly and we highly recommend putting long hair in a hair tie.
