    North Star Queen orders will be available for pick up in Port Hope on the agreed date to optimize survival and to avoid forfeiture of the non-refundable livestock purchases.

    North Star Queens are raised by some of the most experienced queen producers in Canada.  Specifically bred for wintering ability, honey production, resistance to mites and brood disease.

    Maintaining high-quality queens is essential for successful beekeeping operations.

    Splitting colonies and introducing new local queens is an excellent management technique and should be used to maintain vigor in every apiary.
