Gianduja Chocolate Nougat is a wonderful blend for both chocolate and nougat lovers! The gianduja paste is made from scratch using 70% dark Belgian chocolate, 50% organic almond and hazelnut praline, and organic artisan Arriba Criollo cacao butter. This combination provides a fine floral aroma and an extra rich nutty flavour.
All the ingredients are carefully selected and mostly organic. The bars are handcrafted in small batches, ensuring freshness and quality in every bite.
Ingredients: Organic raw cane sugar, Organic honey, Belgian dark chocolate, Organic dried cranberry, Organic hazelnut, Organic almond, Organic rice syrup, Water, Organic brazil nut, Organic egg whites, Organic cacao butter, Sea salt, Cream of tartar
Note: Edible white wafer paper, made from potato starch and olive oil, is used to wrap the nougat. On some pieces, you may notice a thin cream-coloured strip along the edge of the waffle paper. This is organic cacao butter that is used to coat the knife blade to make cutting easier.
