Forager bees are the bees in the hive that go out and collect all the good things nature has to offer and share that information with the hive, much like Tauney does herself.\u003c\/div\u003e\n\u003cdiv\u003e\n\u003cbr\u003eTauney has been foraging most of her life, and began teaching in 2019. She's lead hundreds of people on forays with a focus on safety and sustainability. From 2022-2023, she was the professor of Wild Edibles at Algonquin College in the Outdoor Adventure Naturalist program, and is an admin in the Edible Wild Ontario and Ottawa Valley Mushroom groups on Facebook. Along with her friends at Anupaya Cabin Co and Perch restaurant in Ottawa, she's helped create the wildly successful Wild Path dinner and Field and Forest events.
