    One 50lbs (22.7kg) bag will make 63lbs (28.6kg) of finished patty.

    Mixing Directions: for 2.2lbs (1kg) of Global Patties powder, mix 260ml of water. Use room temperature water or cooler (20 Celsius/68 Fahrenheit) DO NOT USE HOT WATER. Add Global Patties powder in a pail or bucket then add water on top and slowly start mixing thoroughly for a few minutes. If the mixture looks dry, add small amounts of water until the mix is soft but holds its shape if rolled into a ball. Alternatively, if the mix is too soft and runny, add more of the Global Patties dry powder mix until the mixture is the correct consistency.
