Hive Splitting and Nuc Workshop | Saturday, May 25th, 2024 1:30pm

Prerequisites:

2 or more years experience in beekeeping or Beginner Beekeeping Workshop 

Subject Matter:

Our aim is to equip the novice beekeeper with the knowledge to successfully begin expanding their apiary. We go over many of the common procedures to splitting hives and making nucs to help in optimizing your apiary expansion in a hands-on environment.  We provide you with protective clothing, but if you have your own, please bring it.

Time: 1:30pm - 5:30pm

All Workshops take place at Dancing Bee Equipment, located one hour east of Toronto. Due to Covid restrictions, our workshops in groups of max 12 people
